With the Junior Program, any accidental damage to the glasses will be repaired or replaced. - Prescription changes:
Children's vision can change quickly.
If your child's eyeglass prescription changes within two years, we will provide the new lenses needed to ensure your child continues to see clearly. - Personalized assistance:
We offer dedicated customer service to answer any questions or needs, ensuring your child's vision care journey is as smooth as possible.
With the Junior Program, Ottica Franceschetto is committed to ensuring children's visual health and providing peace of mind to parents, ensuring that the little ones' glasses are always in perfect condition.
Junior Program
This extends the warranty of prescription or sunglasses and lenses for any cause, covering all parts, valid for 24 months from the date of the receipt and expires upon use.
General Conditions:
In case of use, the entire glasses or replaced parts will receive a 50% discount off the list price of the goods at the time of damage.
Replacement will be carried out with identical material to the previous one; if it is no longer produced, it will be similar and of equal value.
- Replacement of lenses due to damage or prescription change within the first year costs €40.00, including program renewal. Replacement of lenses due to damage within the second year costs €40.00.
Lenses must always be returned in their original packaging.

The optometric examination allows for the verification of changes in a person's visual condition. This way, it is possible to assess whether the lenses of the current glasses are suitable or if the prescription needs to be adjusted
